TORONTO COP'S CONVICTION UPHELD
Imagine that. Ontario's top court (Ontario Court of Appeal) actually decided that a cop killer needed to face the music. By a cop killer I of course mean a cop with a gun who murdered a boy suffering from a drug reaction. Officer Forcillo gunned down Sammy Yatin on a Toronto streetcar back in 2013. The streetcar was empty and the troubled teen never left the streetcar while walking back and forth on it while brandishing a small knife. His crime was in disobeying an officer of the law who apparently believes that either mentally disturbed individuals or the hearing impaired deserve to die for not following verbal orders from police officers. News flash, so far not yet in Canada is the death penalty legally available to these people.
Forcillo's lawyer is hinting that they might seek leave to appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada. Good luck with that. It didn't take a rocket scientist to know that shooting a young man three times and then after he's fallen, shooting him again five or six times is a criminal act. Perhaps Forcillo and lawyer are hoping that the Supreme Court are as stupid as he is. The article was in yesterday's Waterloo Region Record and is titled "Ontario's top court upholds Forcillo conviction".

Finally a judge with coconuts and a brain.In Baden ontario a young boy got 4 years for shooting 3 armed home invaders and fatally killing 1 of the home invaders.Each one shot once and the judge still called it exsesive force.3 gun shots 1 at each invader as they tried to attack him all 3 were shot once in the kitchen from 3ft away to no more then 6ft away .That's self defence but in ontario I can't say Canada anymore but in ontario if you shoot anyone with a fire arm it's automatic 4 years if therez a death .Mike Harris law..In Saskatchewan a old man shot a native and was found innocent.So laws vary province to province or Saskchewan had a crooked judge and crown who prejustly refused to find him guilty.Theres no equal rights to life in Canada.Forcillos lawyer got him out on bail if been a citizen lots of luck.Forcillo murdered the boy as many officers have done in the past.It would be interesting if the police review every shooting by police .I'm sure there would be alot more officers charged with cold blooded murder.IN FLORIDA A SERIAL KILLER WAS A POLICE OFFICER.Who many citizens was guessing But police are slow obviously slower in the states when it comes to investigating police.Even slower when it comes to arresting and charging a fellow officer.I thought it was world wide problem. Police murdering people is a fact of life.In Toronto 4 officers were charged with theft n perjury not sure why breach of trust wasn't also included aswell as theft over.Hopefully all 4 officers have been fired.It happened in 2014.wow 4 years to charge officers.4 years these criminals it took to have them charged.Only if you're a police officer would it take 4 years to charge them.They obviously need a new police chief too same as kitchener nova Scotia were the chief was charged with sexual assault.In kitchener police cheif is down playing sexual assaults commited by his officers and a murder by a police officer who yet is still to be named.The cheif refuses to make the officers name public.Refuzed to charge the officer.Talk about corruption with on the force there needs to be a vote of confidence for the kitchener cheif.As he has no public confidence in him or the way he is protecting his officers who are sexual offenders, sexual predators ,murderers ,and criminals.welcome to kitchener the police force is hiring ,sexual offenders can apply because the chief will support you but only till the day you're charged and convicted.But yes we finnally can rest abit easier knowing there's 1 less murderer Forcibly behind bars after unloading his gun on a downed and no longer a threat citizen,just too bad the officer that tazed the boy after he was down n out wasn't charged with excessive force there was no need to tazer him at that point.They should have tazed him first.The officer was standing right there with a tazer why he didn't tazer him until Forcibly unloaded his gun is also questionable.And deserves a charge of excessive force he wasn't any threat when he got tazed he was down and no threat and possibly dead already.That was excessive force...They made sure he was dead that's for sure . finnally we have 1 case were justice was served but you can bank on the fact that if there was no video of Forcibly unloading his gun on a downed citizen there wouldn't have been a charge and the police would said he used justifiable force he feared for his life or public saftey. YOU CAN BANK ON IT.
ReplyDeleteAnother term police say is suicide by police ,to justify there murders.Forcillo is a murderer cold bloaded killer who waz also charged assaulting his wife n breached his bail hese been known to be a hot headed officer and now known as a convicted murderer who no halfway house will except a murderer convicted of murdering domeone with a gun at least that's what citizens are told when in jail.Who knows maybe being a police officer he might get parole or halfway house, be a first ,for anyone to make parole for murdering someone with a gun It waz a first ever case of Someone making bail after murdering some one.TALK ABOUT SPECIAL TREATMENT AND POLICE BEING ABOVE THE LAW.
ReplyDeleteI think forcillos lawyer should of watched the You Tube video showing Forcillo standing with officer outside the bus surrounded by police some with tazer who should of dealt with the boy by tazing him.Instead Forcillo shorts him 3 times then Enters the bus when tge boy waz down to unload his gun point blank inside the bus.Thats intentional murder.Then a fellow officer steps in the buss and taxes him witch was uncalled for totally assault with a wepon excessive force because the suspect was down and at no threat to anyone.Forcillo is a cold bloaded murderer.He tried to youse the justifiable excuse saying he feared for his life as the suspect aproached the door.If Forcillos waz walking backwards and shotting a few times that's in fear and in life threatening situation but when you approach the suspect short him 3 times then enter the buss that shows he wasn't afraid for ,his life was at that point defiantly not a threat to anyone .Forcillo shot him 3 times then entered the bus and shot him 6 more times while the boy was laying there totally unloading his gun.POINT BLANK.thats MURDER.Not self defence.And further more the officer that tazed him after he was shot multiple times snd just laying on the bus floor should been charged for excessive use if force he could have been charged with murder aswell but one would have to prove he intended to finish the job or the tazer caused his death.When a citizen down laying dieing after been shot multiple times and no threat there was no need to tazer him That's clearly assault with a wepons.Unjstifidble homicide or jointly charging him with excessory to murder be hard to prove he intended to kill him with a tazer.But the proofs in the video and why he wasn't charged with assault with a wepons or exsesive force is proof police are above the law.And get away with crimes ,murders, thefts,assaults, stocking,harrassing,sexual assaults.Perjury,obstructing justice,mental abuse,I could go on with the corruption just I've seen by police and judges are aware police lie n steal and give false statements to justify there crimes of assaults and murder.Supreme court will clearly see he murdered him by stepping in the buss and unloading his gun That's murder and if he shot him 3 times only it's still murder excessive force.The boy in baden ontario shot harsh Henry 1 time and the home invader died waz self defence his death accidental witch he waz told even if you shoot someone in self defence not intending to kill them but the victom dies accidental or not it's still murder So Forcillos lawyer is stupid or just milking Forcillos for more money Forcillos is guilty of Murder clearly.Didnt walk back wards away from the bus he shot him 3 times then entered to unload his gun .The boy in Baden is more of a man admitted shooting the armed home invader once in self defence after yelling get out ,and proved was a accidental death and self defence .Didnt mean to kill him but even if deaths accidental and dome one dies from just 1 gunshot it's murder snd automatically 4 years under Mike harrass law. So Forcillos has no chance in any court especially supreme court .
ReplyDeleteFurther more citizens can relax knowing on his release he will have a life time ban from fire arms.Any one charged with murder with a fire arm is banned for life from possessing fire arms.Atleast that's what citizens are told by judges.And if he is ever allowed to have own buy carry a fire arm it would be more proof police are above the law.Maybe the Toronto police of cheif and kitchener cheif will listen now but I doubt it when citizens file complaints against hot headed police who commit assaults and s3xusl assaults snd fire them instead of ignoring complaints against officers like Forcillo in Toronto and Jeff Hall from kitcher who had complaints against them for assault and because of the Chiefs in both cities ignoring complaints it's led to Forcillo comitting murder and Jeff Hall committing more assaults on citizens and now sexual assault and breach of trust.Jeff hall has lied under investigation by SIU and denied assaulting a citizen even when there were multiple witnesses that's perjury and making false police report snd breach of trust snd assault.Just too bad the chief of police in kitchener didn't fire him then roughly 6 years ago.Just shows police rarely get disaplined let alone charged or fired until it gets to the point the cheif can't cover there crimes up anymore.It just shows how little they listen to complaints until there's charges snd law suits.SEEMS TORONTO HAD Z VOTE OF CONFIDENCE ON THERE CHEIF .NOT SURE HOW MANY MORE LAWSUITS AND IT WILL TAKE FOR KITCHENER TO HAVE AND OFFICERS BEING CHARGED IN KITCHENER IT WILL TAKE BEFORE PEOPLE WAKE UP AND HAVE a VOTE THERE but then maybe they don't care the cheifs costing them a quater of a billion in lawsuits.Its no wonder cities don't have money to fix pot holes roads homes for homeless new parks excetra.Being waisted on lawsuits due to cheifs having no control over there officers .Total disgrace both officers and cheifs......
ReplyDeleteSo far the chief should be charged with obstruction of justice,for failing to provide Beau Bakers Murderer name public ,instead of obstructing justice.,to avoid another lawsuit.The officer in Beau Bakers case the officer was in no imediate life threatening situation when he murdered Beau Baker his only crime holding a knife.there was no imediate threat to public when he shot Beau from meters away.Yet the police cheif is doing his best to down play justify this murderer.with holding evidence failing to name the officer who apparently did nothing wrong in the cheifs eyes.Justifiable force.Suicide by police Well that's a lie the officer shot from meters away seconds after rolling up and getting out of the police car.The officer could have tazed him did a leg shot cause there was no need to use deadly force from meters away just because a person has a pocket knife police think they can just shoot and it's apparent they do in a hospital a un armed man was shot dead in the hospital his only crime causing disturbance yelling in a threatening manner.The officer felt threatened so he used deadly force in a hospital.Citizens have been murdered for just tryn to call lawyer from his car the officer thought it was a gun.That case was defiantly justified by the police saying the black boy refused to follow a direct order by police to get out and face the white officer who was armed with a gun and a predjuduce attitude.Shot dead for getting out his phone which is rediculas when police say you have a right to call police station when getting pulled over to confirm its actually z officer and not a serial killer,witch isn't mutch difference now a days when you hear the news police shoot n kill or murder citizens almost daily.in California a serial killer waz a officer..hmm go figure.
ReplyDeleteAnother case of police above the law 2 officers arrested for a incident at a homeless shelter dating back to 2010 took 8 years to investigate and deside to charge the officers .We're the police hoping the homeless man would die so they wouldn't have to charge the officers or does it seriously take 8 years to investigate fellow officers even when there's witnesses.Just more proof police are above the law and rarely get charged .Also seems the 3 suspects arrested and charged with assaulting a man with autism have all been arrested and charged and due in court.It was a disgusting assault that shocked tv viewers and disgusted many canadains .It was almost as disgusting when kitchener waterloo officer Jeff Hall pulled over a handicapped young boy pucned him in head pulled him out of a company vehicle slammed him to ground and another officer running up and putting his knee on his head pushing his head into road.The victom crawford who survived the assault atleast now can relax abit knowing OFFICER JEFF HALL has been arrested and charged with sexual assault and breach of trust .Just tooo bad crawfords complaint didn't result in a charge or apology Jeff hall denied the assault not knowing citizens that witnessed the assault in New Hamburg were disgusted and eager to write statements for siu.its slsi too bad the officer wasn't disaplined and allowed to continue his assaults on citizens for another 6 years leading to a new charge of sexual assault maybe siu is at fault there aswell for failing to take complaint seriuosly and disaplined the officer I would have removed his badge for assaulting the handicapped boy but that's common thing now a days beating on hand capped people I guess Police get away with it more then we know.
