AN ABUSE OF TAXPAYERS MONEY - SLAPP SUITS BY PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS
The Waterloo Region District School Board has done it. Likely at least one of our municipalities have tried it. Now the Waterloo Region Police Board are doing it. A class action lawsuit was filed against them a couple of years back regarding their treatment of female police officers. The blue wall really is only about the boys in blue. The allegations in the lawsuit describe various despicable actions by male police officers, generally those of higher ranks although not exclusively.
Kelly Donovan, a former police officer, has challenged them and taken them to court. Her allegations have been supported by many other female officers as well as by some senior male officers. Despite this the Police Board have filed a suit against Kelly Donovan
alleging that she has broken her resignation agreement. It also appears that the Police Board are using some sort of legal loophole to get around recent amendments (2015) to Ontario's Libel laws. This is shameful behaviour when public institutions break the laws in the first place by harassing and discriminating against employees and then turn around and use public funds for over the top legal SLAPP suits. SLAPP stands for Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation.
Instead of a long overdue housecleaning at the top, we the taxpayers are facing the spectre of those in charge hiding behind both taxpayers money and the courts in order for them to misbehave with impunity. This has to end. Senior police management along with the Police Services Board and our local regional politicians are debasing the reputations of many fine and professional rank and file police officers by their circle the wagons and bury their heads in the sand approach to this long standing issue.

Police are above the law.Chief Larkin is harbouring a murderer,a officer under his command shot and killed a citizen.The cheif refuses to have the murdering officers name made public.But is quick to name a person in the news if it's a citizen . Obviously police are above the law.citizens are flipping out big cash to pay for our biggest gang of armed sexusl predators our police forces,When the police force commits sexual crimes or murder it's all hush hush or down played with no comment.But I tell you there quick to make comments about citizens.Police lie twist and make up there so called agreed statement of facts.Ignoring the truth the police publicly lie and slam people they don't like .Crawford lamka and his father prime example. They were home invaded by 3 armed masked men Mr Lamka grabbed the first biggest guy a male 6ft 350lb and the other 2 home invaders managed to get in crawford came out of his bedroom and told them to get out witch they continued to try and rob the father and commit body harm or murder.Once the big guy broke Mr Lamka toe he waz able to break free and turn and head awards crawford who then shot him in his chest point blank in his family home then the other 2 try attacking crawford who then shot at each of the 2 remaining armed robbers. Inside Lamkas home.It was a armed attemtemted robbery in witch 1 armed robbers waz shot and killed the other two robbers fled outside and later arrested when there phone call was traced by police when they phoned police to say crawford lamka shot there friend OUTSIDE not inside.They said they came to collect on a debt witch was bull. A lie.as they were charged eith attempted robbery and got sentenced to 18 months.the home invaders hid and denied using disguises and wepons so they wouldnt get 2 years automatically.Then home invaders concoct a lie about a bull debt when every one the lamkas know will tell you it was a attemtemted robbery by the 3 home invaders lamkas insisted they were shot inside criminals said no outside and had no wepons or diguises. Lamkas saud willingly give us lie detector tests they were shot inside attemtemted robbery. But police were like the criminals and said they didn't believe lamkas and crawford waz a murderer.Aggreed statement of facts they simply came to collect on a debt.Is complete bullshit.Proof is plain to see the two surviving home invaders got 18 months for attemtemted armed robbery .the proof is plain to see but the police and news reporter lied said waz z debt.then why did the other 2 home invaders get 18 months for attemtemted armed robbery. The only thing lamkas agreed to waz the 4 year deal because they were told automatically 4 years if a deaths occurred from a gun accident or not.IN hamilton Knill shot a native Styres with z shot gun out side twice once in chest snf back.snd knill got off murder charge he feared for his life But was out side. Crawford lamka feared for his life and father's and waz in his home.weres the equal rights to a fare trial. Knill got off murdering Styres in hamilton.knill shot Styres twice with shot gun outside for tryn to steel his pick up truck.crawford lamka shot all 3 armed home invaders in his own home clearly self defence.lamkas insisted on taking lie detector to prove they were shot inside gge family jome proving self defence.The kitchener police set up crawford lamka to take a 4 year deal and drop 2 counts attemtemted murder if he plead guilty to murder .Lamkas went allowed to comment in court or say anything to defend them selves take the 4 years or fight snd be charged for 2 more counts attemtemted snd face up to life.Had the knill and Styres case happened prior Crawford lamka would plead innocent and self defence as he was fully tryn to do.police n crown said waz 4 years automatically if you kill some knew eith a gun accident or not.Now we find out the self defence law still stands as did in knill case for the murder of Styres .Disgusting they way police maliupuate 2 people on disability and shafted the handicapped boy crawford into agreeing to 4 years.it waz lamkas full intent to plead innocent as it was self defence and lamkas were demanding a lie detector test but criminals were refusing. Makes me think how quick Kelly Donovan would be will to take a lie detector test to prove shese not lie in and how quick the male officer would refuse z lie detector test.Police cheif Larkin has been living under a rock ladies have rights and the right to not be sexually harrassed at work place well at least anywere but police forces in Police cheif Larkin eyes it's ok aswell as police board should be ashamed for backing up sexusl predators and hiding the truth.i doubt a single officer would take a lie detector test to prove innocents.Obvioudly only honest citizens and police officers would be willing to Perdue truth snd justice.Kitchener police chief needs to step down failing to protect its own officers and allowing criminal behaviour to continue and harbouring fugitives. Squashing evidence over looking truth to protect sexusl predators and a murdering officer can't be tolerated. We need a vote of confidence by all female officers rally together.being male officers ate happy there cheif Mr Larkin has there backs. Seems Larkin is just a puppet for police board.He needs to stop going school to get student support snd start listening to his officers to gain female officers support. Obviously Larkin prefers to spend time with little kids in school abit creepy but he needs to spend more of his time getting parents trusts built up first.
ReplyDeleteI gladly would love to see the police try and sue me for speaking the truth and obvious.i agree with Kelly Donovan she should be able to sue after exsposing the truth especially after its been going on decades.The amount I don't agree with when a citizen only gets a max of 40.000 from Victoms of crime,so should a officer be awarded the same 40.000.every canadains equal. Tryn to sue for millions hurts tax payers it's not tax payers fault there's soo many sexual predators on the police force.They should be going after the individual officers who are guilty of these crimes.make the officers accountable snd due them aswell as Larkin for failing to comply with canadain law and failing to uphold his sworn duty to protect citizens and it's own police officers his continue denial and by allowing these sexusl predators to remain on the force deserves to be dealt with by courts and should begin by him stepping down. Or hold a vote of confidence witch I'm sure he won't have any female officers support. Definately police cheif Larkin has lost trust in public and on the force only officers that support Larkin is the onse hese protecting ,harbouring
