COURTHOUSE RALLY at 12 NOON TOMORROW
A local lawyer has publicly blasted the system and procedures around Coroner's Inquests in Ontario. Davin Charney who is representing the family of Beau Baker who was fatally shot in Kitchener three years ago had the following to say regarding delayed inquests often for years: "The longer you wait, the less value there is to the process.". Furthermore he stated "In the U.S. if there's a fatal shooting, the next day they're releasing in-car cameras or video from bystanders". He added "And here it's a coverup for years and years until maybe nobody cares anymore. It seems like in Canada we're just way behind in terms of the public having access to information about these things and I really think that entirely protects the police."
Well Mr. Charney certainly tells it like it is. There is no good reason for taking three years to hold an Inquest into a police shooting of a disturbed individual who called the police for help, not to be shot and killed because he was holding a small knife allegedly. The family have a right to know all the facts and all the details. Justice delayed is justice denied and this case is but one of a number which smell here in Ontario.
The front page article in today's Waterloo Region Record is titled "Family of man killed by police want closure".

There was a article on Toronto sun with pictures of unarmed citizens murdered by police.Brantford has almost exact same incident the police were called by the mother to talk to a boy about a noise after he returned home after late party.As he talked to his neighbour on his front steps Brantford police showed up and walked up to the boy who they knew and harrassed him the boy went in his house closed the door while his neighbour stood in disbelief as the police officers just walked up to the door opened it walked in closed the door with in seconds the boy told them to get out as the went lawfully invited in instead the police open fire several shots 1 through a wall 1 shot through tv another shot and the boy was dead apprently police said the boy grabbed a butter knife from his mom's counter and said get out the police love twisting storeys and said he grabbed a knife and charged them .as he yelled get out his mom was upstairs startled by gun shots in her home she had to walk down the stairs and over her sons dead body as police officers quickly tried to justify there break and enter unlawfully in dwelling unlawful use of deadly force or as everyone says murdered him in his own mom's home.Beau baker was shot outside his home apperently with a knife aswell kitchener calls it suicide by police we all call it murder.Police are above the law the officer should been arrested charged.And his name should have been made public instead of hiding his name .when a citizen shoots a citizen or officer there names slammed as a murderer so should the police officer who murdered Beau baker.He never tried to restrain or help or tazer nothing just thought I got the perfect reason to shoot to kill instead of shooting to just injure the victom.MURDERER sickening to see and hear almost daily how police get away with murder.i feared for public safety or my own saftey all they have to say but if home invaders break in and you shoot and kill one in self defence you're labeled by police as a murder in seconds.Equal rights my ass that's bull and proof police are above the law.and they should sue for hundreds of millions same as the police officers who were Victoms of flirty officers.
ReplyDeleteTotally disgusting if a citizen commits sexual offence they get arrested at gun point by police charged and there name published unless involves a young offender.But if a police officer commits a sexual offence police have to file a complaint instead of arresting at gun point.Thats bull if a officer is sexually assaulting someone they have the power to arrest and charge the officer even if it's in a police station tazer the armed officer or use deadly force if the person lives charge him ,the same as you do a citizen.Just proof police are above the law.This tells canadains police can commit sexual offences on officers and citizens and they can't be charged or arrested immediately.no wonder soon many people remain silent in fear of being harrassed or murdered by police.The police are the biggest armed gang of sexual offenders aswell as murderers.police there above the law and rarely immediately arrested.Not like a citizen who is fighting for there life when home invaders enter there home if the shoot and kill a home invader in Ontario you will face minum 4 years.If you live in Saskchewan you can shoot and kill someone on you're property and it's justified .We're is our equal human rights when it comes to right to life and self defence.There isn't such a thing in Canada.Only police have equal right to life and can shoot to kill.In Canada police can kill with or with out being in immediate life threatening situations outside or right in you're own home.Welcome to Canada maybe some of these imagines should think twice about moving here were police can arrest and date rape you, murder you,harrass,stock,unlawfully enter dwelling uninvited and commit murder.Police can and have murdered unarmed citizens by mistake Ooohh I thought that cell phone was a gun.Hoping siu will justify the murder.As they keep on working or possibly suspension with pay.But a citizen shoots in self defence or commits sexual offence imediately arrested charged with murder or sexual offence labeled a murder in seconds and in news as a murder.Well I call it as I see it too .kitchener Toronto police is the biggest gang of armed sexual offenders and murderers.Who have gotten away with murder and sexual offence long enough.The lawsuits have only started.More to come you can bank on it...
ReplyDeleteSorry I meant maybe imagrants should think twice about moving here to Canada were the police can harrass you unlawfully arrest you stock you sexually assault you take you to police station and rape you,or as we all call it date rape.The police can shoot and kill you if you argue or god forbid scare a officer or threatened verbally to get off you're land or get out of you're home when police unlawfully entering you're own home. WE were told this isn't the wild wild west you just can't shoot home invaders even if you're defending you're life only police can .You should of called police.How the hell is one supposed to do that when you have armed masked home invaders inches away welding wepons.im locked up with s 350lb home invader and I just through one out the door.Ohhh hang on I have to phone police and tell them i have 3 armed masked home indaders in my home tryn to rob or murder Yaahh ok .I'll shoot to kill any home invader to protect my family and there lives from robbers entering my home.Because I consider myself canadain and to have equal right to life and use deadly force same as any officer would of done or any home owner would have done I'll do it again in a heart beat count on it and the police know me and know I will do what ever it takes to protect my family and even a stranger as I did in Brantford stopped a guy one Legg getting best up by crack heads.i waz only one to stop the assault sure I got jumped almost murdered 2 weeks later,But I'd do that again too in z heart beat protect anyone race colour.Everyones equal eyes of the Lord. And has Equal rights aswell right to life the ones that can't defend them selves need help and alot times police are not around and there's no time to call one .I'm not type to drive by or stand by watch any handicapped person get beat up .robbed raped assaulted.TOTALLY DISGUSTING to read police sexually assaulting police and the officer wasn't arrested imediately and charged fired aswell as if a officer sexually assaults a officer the officer being assaulted can't arrest the officer on the spot and has to do a complaint.thats corrupt and proves police get special treatment when they commit a criminal offence.if a officer has or is commiting a criminal offence all one can do is file a complaint but if it's a citizens immediately arrested as mutch force as nessisary there deadly force aswell police are above the law can't hide that anymore.police have more rights then citizens.Thats not what it say in charter of human rights.Everyone every canadain has Equal rights and right to life travel from a to b freely with out being stopped or harrassed excetra, Police ignore human rights daily aswell as pick on the poor and handicapped who are not aware they have rights..

ReplyDeleteAfter speeking to witnesses BEAU BAKER was Murdered.Beau waz shot meters away from the officer.At no point waz his life or anyone's life in immediate danger.Thats Murder.Beau only crime holding a knife.The police cheif should be charged with obstruction of justice.The officer charged with murder.The police cheif accessory after the fact.harbouring a fugitive. The officer choose to use deadly force meters away and waz no immediate life threat to anyone when he choose to use deadly force instead of a leg shot or arm shot as there supposed to do and as there trained to do.But no this officer used deadly force for absolutely no reason and called it suicide by police. You see a Toronto officer stopping a man in a van after running over several citizens on side walks in toronto.Even when confronted by the murderer who said he had a gun the officer followed the law and his trying and arrested the murderer with out one shot being fired.Thats exactly how Beau Bakers case should been handled or tazed him at the worst.Just another case of police above the law the chief covering up the crime and the officers name.Clearly a murder charge would be easy to prove but it's police tryn to avoid another lawsuit aswell as having a officer who must be liked due to lack of even his name being publicly charged with murder.
