WATERLOO REGIONAL POLICE SHOOT MAN BY 401
Well it certainly isn't much of a story on the front page of yesterday's Waterloo Region Record. The title is "Show me your hands ! Now!" Also the story today doesn't make important facts any clearer. The key question is whether or not there was any justification for shooting the suspect. In other words was he shot simply because he was outrunning the police or did he have a weapon in his hands and refused to drop it. That is clear as mud after two articles in the Record. Today's headline talks about the suspect having a weapon "on him" but also states that two rifles were left in the stolen van and perhaps a crossbow was missing. Well news flash folks, a crossbow isn't remotely a concealed weapon. Either he had it in his hands or he didn't because he certainly didn't have it in his pocket or the waistband of his trousers.
The allegations are that the suspect who was shot in the leg had stolen the van and two rifles and a crossbow from a Hamilton residence. None of that on its' own justifies shooting him. It sure seems as if the police want to keep things murky and let the SIU sort things out. Unfortunately unless there's been a recent change the SIU have a history of being ignored and disrespected by many police forces. I believe the Tulloch Commission may have made recommendations to improve that a couple of years ago but whether or not they are as yet law I do not know.

Another kitchener cop shot a un armed man thank fully he didn't aim to kill.But the only way to here Victoms side is visit him in jail cause police won't say nothing just like a criminal when arrested keep mouth shut deny or lie and let siu prove different.cant trust a officers statement of facts that's something i learned many times .defiantly the news twists things the same way police do when it comes to saying agreed state of facts is pure bull n hog wash.home invaders go to baden home armed wearing masks intending to do a home invasion when the first entered the home the home owner grabbed him aswell as pushed 2nd home invader out while locked up like 2 pit bull with the home invader the 2nd n 3rd gained entry the home owners son got a 22 out just intime n told all 3 home invaders get out now get out when 2 of them tried attacking home owners son he opened fire inches from being attacked aswell. Luckily all 3 were shot and fled .1 died on property.when arrested the home invaders concocted a storey the just went to farm to collect on z debt.because if you commit a armed robbery wearing disguise its automatic penitentuary time.2 years or more.But seriously the police n judge didn't buy the professional home invaders bull storey and the home owner and son were told to say nothing just take the 4 year deal or fight it and face up to life.then the courts told harsh Henry's sister that his brother waz out on the farm tried to commit a home invasion so hese not a big 350lb teddy as you say.yet still the news said it's a greed upon fact came to collect a debt.WHEN THE HOME OWNERS WEREN'T ALLOWED TO SAY IT WAS A HOME INVASION TO NEWS .That's a fact it was a home invasion so don't believe news or half the officers statements.they don't want citizens living in fear or moving scares away potential growth for homes businesses .Most cities put news cap on things especially were there's a casino.But yes there's always 2 sides to a store and if the Victoms in jail he won't have a say
ReplyDeleteJeff hall kitchener regional police officer charged with sexual assault and breach of trust .This officer has comitted physical assaults on citizens and lied to Siu denying assaulting our young youth.Harrassing stocking assaulting citizens ,now hese been charged with sexual assault I can only guess he will deny the sexual assault the same as he denied physically assaulting my son.Thank fully witnesses stepped up jñ the siu investigation with Jeff hall in denial even with witnesses he refused to apologize to my son .Breach of trust is only the top of the ice burg with this officer.Jeff hall assaulted a young teenage girl her boyfriend drove her home and was pulled over for apparent broke tail light witch his dad once home looked at the car and nothing waz broke.But when this young boy waz pulled over his girlfriend asked hey Jeff hall waz harassing her boyfriend she was told to shut up after lengthy time of being on side of the road bring harrassed she told Jeff hall to hurry up she had to go to washroom and got abit mouthy witch Jeff hall the went to passenger side of vehicle and pulled her out and placed her under arrest for obstruction I'm sure waz the charge .While dhe waz in his police cruiser she couldn't hold it anymore and pissed herself while cuffed in back.When Jeff hall returned to his cruiser he smelled urine snd asked if she pissed herself he got mad got out of front of his police car went to back car pulled her out and slammed her head against the police a few times not just one . That's assault and not the type of officer our city needs a officer that stocks harrassed and assaults our youth.Now hese up for sexusl assault and breach of trust.Carmas bitch .I truly find it proof police are above the law he committed the sexual asssult in Nov snd waz only arrested and charged April 6th or 7th.WOW a citizen would been arrested and charged imediately or in days.Just proves police are above the law and the police cheif should be removed for breach of trust aswell 5 months this sexual predator ran the streets armed with a gun and badge when he is a disgrace to force.id suspending him same week.Being hese been warned snd investigated before I'd probally fault to have him fired.hese not a honest officer and a judge can't trust his statements especially when siu caught him.in so many lies in past.Id like to congratulate the investigators for getting this armed sexusl predator off the force and hopefully he won't be allowed to return to be a public servant anywere we have no need for sexusl offenders on police force aswell as a liar.
