ANOTHER MAJOR BLOW TO THE WATERLOO REGION POLICE & POLICE BOARD





Today I will comment on the article in today's Waterloo Region Record titled "Retired superintendent joins police lawsuit". Oh boy I've been wondering where Supt. Rita Westbrook was at. Now we know. She has stepped forward and out of retirement to speak up about the treatment she received courtesy of the Waterloo Regional Police. She has joined the class action lawsuit against the Waterloo Regional Police Service and the Police Board. That's right the civilian "oversight" Police Board. What a joke they are and thank you Waterloo Region Council and councillors for that. Also a special thanks needs to go to the female regional councilors who have ever sat on the civilian Police Board and looked the other way. If memory serves there was one female regional councillor however who was alleged to have been rude to a police officer present at a Police Board meeting. I believe that his allegations went nowhere. I always wondered what she could possibly have said to him. Maybe a crack about policemen and Tim Horton's doughnuts? Maybe an honest and incisive criticism about police behaviour that he wasn't willing to accept from a female? Hard to say.

Supt. Westbrook in today's story has listed several juvenile, nasty and rude behaviours that she had to put up with during her career. She will be a huge addition to the class action lawsuit especially because she did rise through the ranks. One has to understand that likely the in your face comments from peers and subordinates decreased as her rank rose but apparently not from her so called "superiors". Sometimes "superiors" may be interpreted as superior assholes. What has become painfully obvious to all except the willingly blind and deaf is that gender discrimination was not just tolerated but encouraged through the ranks and from the top. That is to the everlasting shame of those males at the top who participated either actively or tacitly. The title in reference to Police especially applies to the Chief and all the senior management team. In regards to lawyers I can hardly not gloat about psuedo Woolwich Township mayor Sandy Shantz's lawyer, James Bennett, garnering some more negative press. I believe he lied about me as has his client Sandy Shantz. He lied about the class action suit according to Supt. Westbrook. I understand that this is a civil suit and will be settled likely out of court. That is a shame because these liars, hypocrites, bullies and overall lousy people need to be publicly exposed. After all if they settle privately there will be a confidentiality clause allowing the guilty to continue to do what they do best. LIE. Then we the public will continue to be inflicted by incompetent and ignorant senior police, police Boards and regional politicians.

    As we all know most police forces if not all including the rcmp are the biggest Armed organization gang of sexual predators, murderers stockers,and big mouth bullies because they have a gun and bag they think they can't be touched.Just Google any city and type officer charged and you will be desgusted.Read the book above the law by a x rcmp member and you'll see how our politics and government are corrupt..canadaintax payers built ontario hydro then they sell it snd no canadain got a penny.we sell hydro to the states cheaper then to its own canadainsour government is the biggest pot growers and dealers before laws totally legal.Not legalizing pot purposely until October the end of the harvest season.WELL CALCULATED TO MAXIMIZE SALES.Canadains can't grow pot until end growing season Verry smart and shows how mutch they control growing and sales.i feel sorry for ever officer aswell as citizen who been sexually assaulted there known as Survivors.May god give these ladies strength to heal.i hope they get a big settlement..May god also give me and the husbands of the survivers the strength to not kick some officers in the nuts or worse.We need to let courts deal with the sexual predators And make them pay restitution sued what ever it takes to make any offer think twice . Congratulations to all the survivors for standing up to the police because police been ignoring citizens maybe now complaints may get taken seriously.Congradlations to all the politics and whistle blowers who stand up when they crimes..corruption.Also congratulations to Toronto police for taken a nutritious gang with multiple guns and drugs off the street .Proves there are some good apples and the bad ones need to go..

    Proves police are above the law not all the officers detectives there supervisors none been charged yet we have a lawsuit and nobodies been charged.None of these armed sexual predators are behind bars.If a citizen commited a sexual assault armed with a gun the charges be racked up.But when it's officers all we hear is it was only flirting among officers while on duty the cheif down plays the alligators.when the cheif should have round up all the officers and fired the perverted public servants.Cheif says the officers careers they schooled decades to get to were they are.Any other trade especially school and public servant job theyede been fired snd charged. And in other news in Hamilton khill gets off a charge of murder or criminal homocide after shooting a un armed native Styres.for attempting to steal his pick up.Khill a x military member says he heard someone tryn to steal his truck loads his shot gun instead phoning police then goes outside with a loaded shot gun and confronted the native .then he shots him 2 times with a shot gun once in chest second in his back shoulder That's murder and criminal homocide.Lamka shooting a un armed man .A officer waz charged with criminal homocide.Lamka for shooting snd killing a un armed black man In the states.I thought it was about time officers got charged with murdering un armed citizens.Khill clearly should been charged with criminal homocide if not cold bloaded murder.Law expert said he proved he feared for his life justified the homocide.Lamka case in Baden 3 armed masked home invaders broke into his home Mr Lamka 145lbs grabbed the biggest and first to enter the home 350lb harsh henry and started fighting with the home invader tryn to push him back out aswell as the second home invader then harsh stomps on Mr Lamka foot breaking a toe and pushed Mr Lamka back then crawford lamka comes out and confronts the 3 armed masked home invaders yelling get out twice when harsh turned to lunge at his son his son shot at him no intent to kill but clearly defend his life in his home the second home invader went to swing a bat at crawford who then shot him in arm and the 3rd had a samari sword.All 3 were armed Lamka proved waz self defence and obviously feared for his life and family members but waz charged eith murder and found guilty only because Mike Harris passed a law that if anyone who shoots snd kills anyone with a gun it's automatic 4 years even it's z accident Lamka tried pleading self defence witch clearly was compared to khill hoing outside to confront a truck theif who ran a chop shop on the 6th nations.Clearly there's laws for citizens and laws for officers and x military.Lamka should sue wrongfull imprisonment.Lamka was told even though was self defence accidental or not automatic 4 years.Khill was told being it was self defence charged dropped.Ive lost faith in justice systems double standards and wrongfull convictions.im guessing another lawsuit and I'm sure the family of Styres will a peal the judges ruling because this judge wasn't aware if the law Mike Harris passed a citizen can't shoot a criminal even if he fears for his life it's called murder.accidental or not it's automatic 4 years as lamka were told.Proof the police harrassed Mr Lamka several times aswell as unlawfully arrested Mr Lamka several times and was released with out charges after his father Mr Lamka threatened to sue police in kitchener.Disgusting the way police twist charges and use the crooked crowns to make the judge rule in there favor.Mrlamka should file a lawsuit for wrongfull conviction and wrongfull imprisonment.
