ONTARIO'S CHILD CARE SYSTEM NEEDS AN OVERHAUL
The title above is based upon a recent scathing report by an expert coroner's panel. The newspaper article describing the death of Nathan Wehrle while in the care of the province is titled "Government failed "out of control" teen, father says" and was in the October 5, 2018 Waterloo Region Record. Nathan and his girlfriend died after a car accident while being chased by police from near Cambridge over to Highway #6 south heading to Hamilton. "The families of both teens argue police should have stopped the chase." It is difficult to disagree with those opinions. Furthermore "Nathan's death follows the deaths of a dozen other children in government care between 2014 and 2017." These other deaths were by suicide, accident or homicide.
Both the Special Investigations Unit (SIU) and Ontario's chief coroner are looking into the deaths of both teens, Nathan and his girlfriend Taryn. The SIU was scheduled to release its report last month.

Yes totally train the law states police are supposed to call off high speed persuades if a danger to public or the people chasing. THEY OBVIOUSLY FAILED AND SHOULD BE SUED.But then again police always fail to call off high speed persuades and switch to channels that police scanners don't broadcast to public when they exceed the laws limit.Kitchener police are famous for breaking the law shooting citizens.shotting criminals murdering and sexually assaulting who ever they please.just few years ago a kitchener police officer shot snd killed a citizen who was upset and need help not be shot murdered cold blood out front mom's apt .And go figure the police refuse to name the officer who murdered the boy.now we have another officer who shot someone jñ leg and is being charged attempted murder.Im extremely happy he is being charged attempted murder hese a corrupt officer.The lamkas were home invaded by 3 armed masked home invaders all 3 home invaders were shot in the home 1 died outside the home as they fled the other 2 criminals concocted a storey about bull shit debt .and being the officer didn't like lamka family he choose to go with the bull storey about a debt so looks good on the officer Carmas a bitch....like he told lamka I guess we never know what happened. .meaning they were going with the criminals storey.But only common sence says all if anyone who knew family or followed the case Scott white and Denis Gaynor got 18 months for attemtemted Robert attemtemted home invasion just too bad the police failed to find masks n wepons or Scott n Dennis would been facing over 2 years automatically for commiting robbery by disguise. But yes I'm not Surprized the police didn't call off the chase and I won't be Surprized if the siu says waz no wrong doing by police they don't want more lawsuits.i think crawford lamka should sue for wrongfull imprisonment he got 4 years defending his life and father's in own home..when in hamilton ontario Knill shot a native Styres 2 times with a shot gun outside his house Styres only gad screw driver snd hammer that he waz going use to steal knill pick up truck.Knill is a murderer he went outside and shot Styres with shot gun for tryn to steel his pick up .that's cold bloaded murder crawford lamka was clearly with out a single doubt self defence and feared for his life as well lamka shot all 3 in his family home point blank.Only reason crawford plead guilty is he was told was automatic 4 years and if he plead innocent crown would push for life and peruse 2 count attemtemted murder aswell. THAT'S TOTALLY ANOTHER LAWSUIT TOO
