YOU CAN'T MAKE RULES AGAINST JUDICIAL STUPIDITY



Well, well,well. It sure looks to me that there is an imbalance in the criminal justice system. That imbalance has historically favoured the Crown ie. the prosecution side. What however is most bizarre is how our courts have been able to produce guilty beyond a reasonable doubt verdicts in murder cases where there wasn't any crime committed. Bad enough that anyone was charged with murder (usually mothers) in the case of a young child or infant suddenly passing away but to be able to manipulate the evidence and the "facts" to get a murder conviction when after the fact it has now been determined that many of the cases called murders by Dr. Charles Taylor were absolutely no such thing. His expert opinion was favoured by prosecutors because he so strongly insisted that so many child deaths were murder based entirely upon either his incompetence, arrogance or willingness to support the Crown in their prosecution of the child's caregiver. Truly horrific stupidity and even worse when it took both his colleagues and the system so long to realize what complete horseshit the verdicts were based upon. What a mockery of our so called justice system when common sense can be so easily trumped by voodoo science or medicine.

The K-W Record carried a story titled "Ontario coroner to review undetected homicides-all the way back to Tammy Homolka". The question for me is whether this is simply Crown prosecutors drumming up business or whether it truly is about getting to the truth. Even having to ask the question is an indication that this citizen has a healthy contempt for our government bureaucracies and oftentimes their motives.

    Pathologist have been proven to be pathological liers in courts .Even the coroner's and crowns and police lie to get the cause of death in there favor.Now that there looking into past homicides suicides and unresolved deaths It's a good time to include suicide by police rulings.Murders comitted by police every case should be under review not just for the rich but the poor deserve to have same rights.This is Canada everyone's supposed to be equal and have equal rights snd equal right to life.When z police officer murders a citizen it's justified unless there's witnesses.Only if there's witnesses that have video would a officer be charged with murder.Dead people can't speak and that's why the shoot to kill instead of shooting someone in arm or leg when the victoms get verbal and make a officer fear for his life you're life can and many have been shot dead murdered and pathological liers or pathogists lean towards writing suicide by police .Judges in Canada are too quick to rule in favor of the police to avoid lawsuits and justify homicides committed by police.alot of murders have been made to look like suicide police do it and so do criminals.If the courts want to dig into wrongful rulings and convictions due to pathologists and coroner's reports they should look at all the cases of suicide by police aswell as unresolved suicides.Theres too many officers who are too quick to shoot and kill instead of calling for back up tryn to muscle the suspect is it laziness by officers who shoot cause there force will justify and protect them when they commit a murder.UNLESS IT'S ON VIDEO POLICE GET AWAY WITH MURDER FAR MORE THEN THE FEW CASES THEY WANT TO REVEIW.

    Just think of all the innocent citizens in jail due to pathological liars crooked crowns and police .On the other hand we have murders running loose ,murderers on the police force every case they call suicide by police should now be reviewed but that won't happen.We have United states Trump complaining about canadains smuggling shoes ,but failed to mention all the Americans smuggling guns into Canada that have caused thousands of deaths .and will be the cause of thousands more.All the drugs smuggled from statesEndless murders due to guns from the states has to be addressed,aswell as murderers on the police forces.Police refuse to wear body cams obviously we know why so they can keep on getting away with murders,assaults and sexual assaults thefts corruption on the force.Every officer who is honest should have no problem wearing body cam.Obviuisly cheifs know body cams would result in endless officers being caught breaking laws.They say it's too exspensive but it's cheaper then lawsuits aswell as I'm sure it would keep officers on there best behaviour and prevent officers from comitting murders and sexual assaults excetra.Government should pass law to demand body cams.But yes when it comes to reveiwing old cases of suicide I'm sure many mistakes have been made .in Saskatchewan natives found dead near rivers or on streets from alcohol are ruled as suicide and no pictures of a possible crime scene taken unless you're white.witch is one thing I noticed all the cases of suicide they want to review incase a possible murder charge could result are all white people .Not 1 case of a suspicious death or suicide they want to review is a black victom or native .Witch seems bluntly predjuduce .If they are not reveiwing suicide by police cases .Obviously we know why. Every shooting by police leading to death should be all dug up and reviewed.Every case of a officer being criminally charged with murder or anything should have all there cases reviewed they could be serial killers professional murderers or a sexual predator as we're seeing alot of sexual predators on the force theives snd liars ,with crown on there side pathologists can and have made mistakes and I'm sure due to police input witch should be reviewed.With all the unsolved murders suspicious deaths ,suicides And suicide by police going on liars in court rooms ,wrongfull convictions,lawsuits we need to demand police wear body cams,to prevent crimes by police aswell as it could help catch a cop killer if any officer is killed on duty you think the cheif would want body cams just for the officers protection aswell as to help solve crimes from citizens and officers.The days of police murdering citizens and standing before courts saying was suicide by police has to end.And all past cases has to be reviewed.
