HERE WE GO AGAIN - ANOTHER WATERLOO REGIONAL POLICE OFFICER CRIMINALLY CHARGED

I've only had this Blog going for about six years but I've lost count of the number of local officers charged with offences. It is becoming ridiculous. Some of the charges are internal Police Act charges which are bizarre in their own right as per Kelly Donovan's book titled " Systemic Misfeasance in Ontario Policing and the Coordinated Suppression of Whistleblowers". Other charges are criminal charges and it seems that a favourite may very well be sexual offences against women. Seems more than a tad incongruous.

The Waterloo Region Record published yesterday the following story titled "Officer facing sex assault charge". The charge relates to an incident at an Octoberfest festhall last fall. Constable Eric Schnarr has been charged with sexual assault by the provinces Special Investigations Unit (SIU). The incident allegedly took place last October 14/17 at the Concordia Club on Ottawa St. in Kitchener. There was a separate incident the previous month involving another Waterloo Regional Police officer which also resulted in a charge of sexual assault.

I'm slowly becoming numb with the allegations of wrong doing by our local police force. Whatever the outcome of these charges and allegations I hope that the media will as promptly as possible bring them to the public's attention.

  1. I'd only be Surprized if the true total amount of criminal activity with in the force is released to the public.Theres a few thousand complaints every year most never result in a charge.another case of a officer from kitchener somitting sexual offence led to the officer comitting suicide.Another case officer Jeff hall pulled over a young man C.. Lamka who he new continually harrassed driving a company truck pulled him over for no reason other than to harrass him.Hall asked for company vehicle insurance once produce to Officer Jeff hall the officer said to the boy that's not it and then proceeded to assault the boy punching him in the head dragging him out the company vehicle pinning him to ground unlawfully arresting him then while on ground second officer pulls up slams his knee on the boys head .Now that's harassment assault excessive force unlawfull confinement.. .when the father phone kitchener police station and aswell as the company they were told no the boy isn't here don't know a thing .He apparently dissapeared.4 hrs later the boy walks in work badly bruised on his head telling owners what the police did and he hust relased from custody. The owners said that's impossible the insurance slip was in glove box they made sure before they sent him out to get oil for the shop.Boy were they shocked when they picked the company vehicle from in pound the insurance was on passenger seat with a ticket for not showing proof of insurance .when the SIU were called officer Jeff Hall denied assaulting him so did his partner.A tipical storey of denial by kitchener police force. the officer assaul in front of a office were employees were outside having a smoke break, and disgusted at seeing a officer punch a young driver in head and pull him out the vehicle and slam him to ground .they asked what do you think you're doing and we're told to stay back or be charged with obstruction. Thank fully They were eager to tell truth to Siu or it would been just another complaint of police brutality against lamka who's been unlawfully arrested more then once and harrassed by police since moving to kitchener .if it wasnt for the witnesses Jeff Hall would kept denying assaulting the boyThey even had the nadasity to go into school and ask if he was selling pot schools response impossible he has Ashburg syndrome is in life skills class.Another reason why alot people don't trust kitchener police they have a habit of arresting young kids and taking them to police station so they can date rape these youths and adults. UNLAWFULLY ARRESTING ASSAULTING PHYSICALLY MENTALLY ABUSING CITIZENS ASWELL AS FELLOW OFFICERS is a normal thing at the kitchener police station .always the police deny acusations. But when there's witnesses and fellow officers making same complaints I think that says it all.Finnally some justice and abit of accountability is MAYBE going to change they way they treat citizens and fellow officers.Under the freedom of information act I doubt the public would ever get to hear or read all the complaints and wrong doings by kitchener finest. That would be embarrassing more charges and more lawsuits against officers and the police force. But compared to Saskchewan police and the crown there's been complete loss of trust that senior officers have built with public aswell as the reserves..theres a need for change starting with the police cheif. For failing to do his job protect the public protect employees of the force.failing to make public aware of sexusl offenders on the force and disaplining them. Instead of protecting the forces image and its employees sexual offender has no place on the force let alone carrying a gun.

  2. In hamilton guns and gangs officer Craig Ruthowsky goes back to court for his involvement in helping gangs aquire n distribute cocaine aswell as tipping off gangs to avoid being busted aiding and abetting gangs I'm betting he has a nice house and car due to proceeds of crime.God only knows why hese still walking the streets when a citizen or gang member wouldn't have made bail.Hese been on suspension with pay for 2 years.Id hope he would be ordered to pay these 2 years wages back aswell as be sent to prison for atleast 5 to 10 years same as any gang member would get and if hese involved in any deaths due to the officer tipping off gangs of informants I'd hope he would get the same as gang members 10 years to life. But being as police are above the law it's going be interesting to see how the hamilton judge deals with this case .being hamilton has long history of mafia distributing drugs to gangs it's no wonder criminals in hamilton rarely get busted when you have corruption in the force .The hamilton judge needs to set a example that corruption will not be tolerated, instead of 2 years holiday with pay till court deside if he is guilty. He should been denied bail and spent the 2 tears waiting in jail and not at tax payers exspence.Disgusting to see the officer pleading innocent and with a prove it if you can attitude. So I'm guessing one can be a sexual offender to be a police officer aswell involved in criminal activity in gangs. No wonder there's so mutch fear when comes to reporting crimes mafia and gangs commit. When you got corrupt officers on the inside tipping them off.Makes one wonder how many murders over the decades and how many billions gangs made with the help of officers .we need to be setting examples and showing others that corruption will not be tolerated on any police force instead of the present way of giving payed holidays.if found guilty pay wages that tax payers having been paying.seize there homes and cars for proceeds of crime send the to jail minimum 4 to 10 years only if there were no murders due to leaking information.if found guilty they pay there lawyer bills not the public.Aswell as the officer needs to be banned from hamilton same as gang members be banned from city were crime was committed. When it comes to judges and courts going be interesting if the judge upholds the law and if he is even sentenced to jail time .I guess now we shall see if the hamilton courts are corrupt and how they treat corruption on the force. If the judge is honest he will set a example.we shall see how the judge handles this case .Aswell I'd hope this officer is banned from possessing a fire arm same as any gang member.

  3. what a waste of the internet this waterloo advocate is. I stumbled upon it and won't be returning. Apparently no one else reads it either judging by the lack of comments.
