IS THIS AN EXAMPLE OF HOW UNREASONABLE CHILDREN'S AID SOCIETIES ARE?



Yesterday's Waterloo Region Record carried the following story titled "Ruling an affirmation of the freedom of conscience, religion". It seems that a CAS social worker to exception to a foster couple's refusal to lie to their two foster girls by telling them that both santa Claus and the easter Bunny were real. Other than that minor setback the CAS were quite happy with the foster couple. CAS was not to be denied and with only one days notice removed the children from their foster parents. The judge for the Superior Court of Justice in Hamilton took the CAS to task. The judge even suggested that there appeared to be some animus on the part of the social worker who had gotten all twisted up over the foster parents refusal to jump at her ridiculous orders. I have read of other dubious removals of children from their natural parents in the past but this particular case really makes me wonder as to what is wrong with some people who get a little bit of authority.

    Children's aid society should be sued ,for tramatizing the family,the 2 young girls and for unlawfully removing the children with out a law full reason.Meanwhile they need crack down on all the vehicles parked in no parking around schools so hopefully this year no kids will get killed in school zones.And most importantly so our children can walk out of canadain schools with out breathing exhaust fumes from all the running cars that surround school.Montreal suburb is banning smoking in all public areas witch is rediculas.They need to ban cars from there town too aswell as no camp fires. Close there factories that pollute our air.theres endless cars poluting Montreal and factories but they pick on citizens for smoking.If you're going go as far as ban cigarettes. Then be equal and fare, ban cars so there not poluting aswell A citizen smoking outside dont pollute as mutch as a car does.It is amazing give a little power to someone and it goes to there head just too bad there brains don't think before they act.Its the same as telling bars Ohh you can't smoke on patios but feel free to breathe all the dirty polluted air from the cars going by.How stupid rediculas pure hippacrit to say shouldn't smoke it pollutes our air what about cars and factories controlled rubbish fires camp fires transport trucks seems Montreal new law was made up by car driving none smokers who have no brains if there picking on citizens for smoking outside and not banning cars from there suburb aswell.They should banned cars first cigarettes are at the bottom of pollution list of things.Its a no brainer if Canada's going ban smoking they need to ban cars poluting factories. Camp fires one could go on but I got to go have smoke ,outside hopefully Montreal will take a close look at how stupid there silly new law cash grabber is.Go after companies cars and fires use you're brains not you're when making up laws but first look at human rights goes for C a s too
